We all know we have those areas in our home that we want to change but just don't have the time, energy, or power to let go and it actually drains us even more just seeing it. I had two of those areas. Both had been the collection area for years.       Â
Admitting defeat that I would never get around to it I called ESS and discussed my issues.       Â
Without hesitation Eli made an appointment, came over and checked out the situation, and provided her plan with quote.
Very impressive! It was fair, timely, and she offered options of what to do with stuff that were still useful but I didn't want and didn't have time or trust to sell to strangers.       Â
Her plan solved many of my problems more than I realized afterwards.       Â
Eli arrived, she confirmed the plan, I loaded her with some water and snacks, and let her go to work. She is very friendly and caring of your items. She organized items very quickly getting them sorted and put in       Â
piles to keep, sell or donate, and a third for trash.       Â
I was able to continue working remote checking in on her every hour or so. She made it look so easy, but I knew she meant business when she rolled up her sleeves on the second room.       Â
She even helped me decide on where to put some of the items in the keep pile since they would       Â
go better in another room. She filled up two trash cans of unwanted/little value items, and loaded up her vehicle with items I no longer wanted and I gave her the choice to either resell or take to the thrift store.       Â
She cleaned up both areas nicely and I now stop and look since I haven't seen the rooms usable like this in years. Not that I'm a hoarder, stuff just collected over the years and made the room much too small       Â
to enjoy. Now my anxiety is gone!       Â
I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but I do when I see young entrepreneurs do their job with passion, treat customers right, and provide a valuable service at a price I like.       Â
5 STARS.
